Mike Maynard is a 27-year veteran
to the HVAC industry and began his career as an installer
in new construction. After 22 years of working on the
contracting side of HVAC, he sold his acquired company
to a national consolidator. By this time he had transformed
his company into one that was successful in creating
recruiting that retains high quality employees. He served
as Chairman of the Cincinnati Home Builders Habitat
for Humanity committee, President of the Cincinnati
Home Builders Association's associate's council and
certified as a proctor for the EPA certification exam. |
