EAI’s Operating Excellence

EAI has created an operational model called "Operating Excellence". This operational model links the Member Contractors, Allies, Employees and Customers with the "Excellence Commitment Confirmation" that benefits each of the organizations.

One of the keys to executing the "Excellence Commitment Confirmation" and providing a truly coordinated effort is the Excellence Manager. The Excellence Manager becomes the liaison within each organization to implement the "Excellence Commitment Confirmation", facilitate the utilization of the programs, products and services offered by EAI and continually review the "Excellence Commitment Confirmation". By assigning Excellence Managers, participating organizations ensure a consistent, on-going process to assure "Operating Excellence".

The presence of the Alliance Excellence Managers in the field is critical to helping Contractor Members and Allies realize the benefits of EAI by conducting a bi-annually "Member Achievement Confirmation".

The elements of EAI are coordinated to provide complete focus on achieving the Vision and Mission, and on adhering to EAI’s Creed.
