    Identify the drivers for delivering 100% customer attention, 100% of the time. Define the 5 critical parts of service excellence.

Systems and Procedures

    Put on your detective hats and discover the methods for implementing an effective continuous improvement process by solving a fact-filled murder mystery. Learn the definitive steps for establishing systems and procedures.

Cost of Excellence

    Learn to calculate the value of the Cost of Excellence. Define the major elements of the Excellence Investment. Gain a clear understanding of how your company's resources may be lost or wasted.

Continuous Improvement Cycle

Day Two - Implementing Excellence Achievement Orientation (EAO)

Assessment

    Learn to identify: where we are as an organization, where we want to be, measuring our progress, and evaluate our necessary resources.

Commitment

    Review the assessment phase, understand the roles of the Excellence Leader and Manager, and identify the skills for Excellence Commitment.

Agreement

    Gain acceptance of the Excellence Commitment Orientation by the management team, begin developing and establishing awareness with entire member organization.

Education

    Begin training the organization in the Excellence Achievement Process by committing to participate in the following instructor-led courses: Excellence Commitment Orientation, Leadership, and Problem Solving/Teambuilding.

Implementation

    Begin your problem solving and corrective action process as you start to implement the Excellence Achievement Plan within you organization.

Performance Review

    Monitor your specific corrective action measures to initiate improvements in your organization's performance.
