EAU Registration & Cancellation Policies

Registration

All of the course offerings of Excellence Alliance University are open to members and non-members of EAI.

EAI members are entitled to unlimited access with regard to university training programs. Classes are limited in size.

Registration deadline is required 30 days prior to the course offering. All registrants must submit the appropriate registration form to attend a course.

Discounts

Excellence Alliance members may attend any of the course offerings presented by Excellence Alliance University at no charge. Strategic Alliance Partners may take advantage of a 10% discount on all class offerings. Strategic Partners must show proof of use of alliances within the past 6 months by submitting a purchase order or invoice number along with their course registration form.

Cancellation

Excellence Alliance University, a subsidiary of the Excellence Alliance Group, understands the possibility of unavoidable changes in your business schedule. Therefore we offer the following cancellation policy for paying attendees. Excellence Alliance University will refund your registration, less a $75 processing fee, provided you mail or fax your cancellation in writing 10 business days prior to the scheduled course date. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. No cancellations will be allowed after that time; however we will gladly accept the substitution of participants. EAU reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course that lacks sufficient registration in order to provide a satisfactory learning environment. If EAU must cancel, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare or other expenses incurred related to the program.
