In 1987, Jim joined Honeywell and became a top performer in the commercial retrofit and service agreement sales Buildings & Controls Division. He has worked in the construction, HVAC and service related industries since 1979 as sales executive, sales manager, general manager and international consultant. He has sold everything from residential repairs and replacements to multi-million dollar retrofit agreements for hospitals.

As an energy and construction consultant, Jim traveled to Europe in 1996 to help take American construction technologies and systems into the newly opened markets in eastern bloc countries.



Drew Cameron

Drew Cameron graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. Drew brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Besides his practical industry experience, Drew has held a number of managerial roles, but his passion is training and education. His forte is Sales Awareness Education, and Sales, Marketing and Operations development services for contractors.

Drew formed Cameron Consortium, LLC in Sept. 1999 and Supernova Selling Systems began shortly thereafter. Drew focuses on sales, sales management and operations. Creating million dollar salespeople and developing an environment and culture within an organization in which they can be successful for the ultimate benefit of the customer and the company. With his knowledge-base, skill level, and industry conditioning, Drew delivers a unique, personal, customized and effective experience from both a local and national perspective to each client every time.



Jeff Somers

Mr. Somers manages the Service, Building Operations and Material handling groups at Monsen Engineering Company. Their services include providing service and maintenance to a wide variety of equipment and related systems. He oversees a staff of 48 technicians and 11 support personnel. Jeff is a school graduate with 28 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In addition, his experience includes technical experience with large centrifugal and absorption chillers. He has participated in the negotiation of several union contracts and holds the following certifications:

  • ACCA/Ferris Universal Refrigerant Handling
  • ACCA/Ferris Refrigerant Transition Proctor
  • NATE/ACE Certified Technician


Al Roach

Mr. Roach was in the practice of law in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1972 until 1986, at which time he joined Service America, a national franchise company, as its President and General Counsel. Mr. Roach sold his interest in Service America in January 1989, and during that year formed Callahan/Roach & Associates with Mr. Mike Callahan. Callahan/Roach & Associates was a provider of management consulting and training services in the construction industry.

In July of 1997, Callahan/Roach merged with Group Maintenance America Corporation ("GroupMAC"), a Houston, Texas consolidation company that went public in November of 1997. Mr. Roach moved to Houston to join GroupMAC’s Executive Management Committee, to be actively involved in the acquisitions of contracting companies, and to form the Mechanical Group to oversee the operations of the commercial mechanical and electrical companies acquired by GroupMAC.

In January of 2000, GroupMAC became Encompass Services Corporation ("Encompass") with its merger with Building One Services Corporation. Upon Mr. Roach’s departure from Encompass in April of 2000, the Mechanical Group included 37 companies with annual revenues of approximately $1.1 billion.



Glin Jay

Glin Jay, is a Mechanical Engineer, Certified Facility Manager, Certified Project Manager and Seasoned Consulting Professional with over 25 years experience in assessing, planning, designing, constructing and managing facilities, facility teams and multiple design-build projects across the US and Internationally.

As a hands-on practitioner and consultant, Glin has worked with growing companies from telecomm, e-commerce, bio-tech, medical, R&D, semi-conductor, institutional, warehousing/distribution, hospitality and design-build (to name a few). This hands-on approach has allowed Glin to assist clients in developing comprehensive effective and efficient strategies for "Best Practices" in design-build, facility services, business development and business-process-improvement solutions.

Along with Glin’s engineering, technical, business management, marketing and sales competencies, he is also an accomplished Professional Business Speaker, Presenter, Trainer and Coach. Glin has presented many Key Note Addresses, developed over 22-different training course programs and facilitated many Instructor Lead Training Seminars for the Asset Management, Project Management, Design / Engineering, Design - Build and Construction industries around the world. Glin has also written many articles appearing in many of the industry magazines.
