Fundamentals of Service Managment

Course Information

This 2-day workshop is designed to not only teach an overview of service management but also to provide practical applications in the day-to-day management of your company.  During the course of the 2 days you will have workshops on setting your own pricing, knowing which jobs to give your competitors, who is really in control of your service techs, dispatching techniques, service contracts, and how to transition to performance pay.  At the end of the workshop you will have plenty of tools to enhance the day-to-day operations of your service department.
