EAI has assembled a team of industry
experts who will be available via cell phone or email to
address business issues for members. The Mentors are a mixture
of graduate engineers, business, and accounting professionals
with impeccable reputations. Each mentor has a minimum of
20 years experience in the industry, has personally managed
companies with revenues between $2 million and $80 million,
and holds multiple licenses. This team represents the strongest
support group in the industry and raises EAI to an unprecedented
new level of support. There are no business issues that
cannot be reviewed and handled by this team.
What makes this program unique is
that the Mentors are not primarily life-long trainers or
consultants focused on theory, but each have spent multiple
years in the trenches, managing contracting firms and dealing
with the same day-to-day issues facing current EAI members.
They have all had great success in their careers and are
now looking to help other contractors be successful and
raise the level of professionalism in the industry. The members of the Contractor Mentoring
Team will also review the messages posted on MemberNet to
provide expert advice to your questions in addition to the
responses you receive from other Excellence Alliance members.
This service is included in the price
of membership for both Gold and Blue members. Each call
will be tracked by the EAI staff, and audio recordings of
the calls can be saved by the member for future reference
or distribution within their organization. We are pleased
to offer this latest initiative to EAI members. This continues
EAI's transformation from a best practices group to an organization
involved in the day-to-day success of its members. |
