- Norfolk Airport Express operates between Norfolk International Airport and all Hampton Roads cities--Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk on Southside Hampton Roads--and Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, Jamestown and Yorktown to the North (across Chesapeake Bay).
- Service departs continuously from the airport to all area military bases, residences, hotels, high-rise condo ad rental apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, hospitals, tourist attractions and colleges/universities.
- The Shuttle Service offers very reasonable rates to the entire area.
- Norfolk Airport Express is located outside baggage claim at the booth marked "Airport Express Shuttle Service."
